Our Policies
All nightly rentals are subject to lodging tax. Monthly rental are exempt from lodging tax.
All RV site fees include up to two guests. The maximum number of guests in ant RV site is six. Additional guests will be subject to a fee of $3.50 per person/per night. For Health and Safety reasons, Cabins cannot accommodate more guests then indicated.
Total Number of Pets are LIMITED to 2 and if you are bringing pets along, NO aggressive dogs of any size are allowed. RV sites require a $3.50/day fee per pet. A $25.00 non-refundable pet-cleaning fee will be charged when staying in a Cabin or Glamping tent
Cabin – check in 2pm and check out 11am
RV Spaces – check in 1pm and checkout 12 noon
Glamping Tents – check in 2pm and checkout 11m
Glamping Trailers – check in 2pm and checkout 11am
Any late checkouts will be charged $25 per hour or any part of the hour
Any missing items, cleanup required, damages will be automatically charged to your credit card
Full credit card payment is required on all phone and online reservations. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing us to bill your credit card, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure plus any damage caused by you or your family to anything on the RV Park property.
Please contact our office at 530-964-2252 or info@McCloudRvPark.com prior to the arrival date to cancel or change your reservation. We normally get back to you within 24hrs.
There will be no refunds after arrival nor credit for early departure. Should you choose to leave early it is your choice. We are not responsible for bad weather, bad fishing, illness, fires etc.
CABINS: If you cancel 7 days or more prior to your arrival date you will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee per cabin booking or a 3% credit card fee of the entire reservation whichever is greater. If you cancel within the 7 days or less of your scheduled arrival date this will result in a penalty of one night of reservation fee.
RV SPACES, GLAMPING TENTS AND TRAILER RENTALS: If you cancel 7 days or more prior to your arrival date you will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee per unit rental or a 3% credit card fee of the entire reservation whichever is greater. If you cancel within the 7 days or less of your scheduled arrival date this will result in a penalty of one night of reservation fee per space.
- By entering the property you agree that McCloud RV Park is not responsible for damage to your person, children, vehicle, RV or any other property for any reason like another guest, a tree falling, rain, fire, lightning, snow, falling branches, electrical shock or any other reason for damage or injury.to your person or property.
- For the safety of our guests, all persons visiting in the park must be registered at the office and a visible pass must be in all vehicles. Management reserves the right to move you to another space if needed.
- Protect our grass! We do not allow outside carpets or matts on the grass.
- NO parking on grass or dirt where grass is trying to grow. Your grass RV space is good for one tow vehicle and one trailer or one rv. Please talk to management to see where your guests can park.
- DAY GUESTS: Campers must register their guests, in advance, to identify persons and guest’s vehicles using the facilities and that a parking space will be available. A $3.50 day use fee is charged.
- Lost and Found is located in the Office.
- Laundry & Shower facilities are located in the center of the RV Park.
- Quiet Hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please — use of generators is not permitted.
- The speed limit at the resort is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and carefully within the park. Children, adults and animals are at play.
- Motor-driven cycles are to be driven quietly and only to enter and exit the Resort. Bicycle riding is allowed within the Resort, but please obey the 5 MPH speed limit for the safety of others in the Resort. California State Law requires a helmet to be worn at all times.
- Your Campsite must be kept clean during your visit and upon departure. The resort is located in wilderness area and wildlife is present in the mountain areas. Please keep food properly stored. Treat your trash like food: keep it in your RV or dispose of it in a trash receptacle; do not leave it sitting out.
- Pets are WELCOME, although dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of your RV or Cabin and you must always clean up after them. Pets are not to be left unattended and must be kept in your unit after dark. Aggressive breeds are not allowed in the park.
- Please dispose of your dog poop in the trash.
- For the safety of our guest, lines of any type are not to be tied to trees, bushes, or any other McCloud property. Firearms and fireworks are not allowed.
- Fires are permitted in the designated park fire pits or outside barbecues when permitted by the Forestry Department. No portable wood fire pits allowed. Be careful – extinguish your fire when unattended. For you convenience firewood is sold at the store, please do not cut the trees or shrubs.
- All wastewater must be disposed of in a sewer connection or at the sanitary station. Please dump Port-a-Potty at a sanitary station.
- Washing of RVs or Vehicles, Oil changing or major vehicle work in not permitted on the property.
- There is a three day minimum stay required over a summer holiday weekend.
- All campsite fees include up to two people. All additional people will be subject to a fee of $3.50 per person/per night.

- Tents are not allowed in RV sites.
- Campsite Checkout Time is 12:00PM. Unless prior agreements have been made for an extension, there will be a full day registration fee charged.
- Any checkout after 12 noon will be charged $25 late checkout fee.
- All cabin fees include up to four people for Standard and Deluxe cabins or six people for a Premium cabin. Do not exceed maximum occupancy.
- All cabins include linen and once a week housekeeping service.
- Cabin Checkout Time is 11:00AM. Unless prior agreements have been made for an extension, there will be a full day registration fee charged. Check-in time for cabins is 2PM.
- There is a $25.00 fee for each pet staying in the cabins. Two-pet maximum.
- Any checkout after 11 am will be charged $25 late checkout fee.
